1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• Have read and understood these Terms
• Agree to be bound by these Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pust Reset is a breathwork application that:

• Provides three guided breathing techniques: Power Breathing (inspired by Wim Hof), 4-7-8 Breathing, and Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana)
• Guides each technique with haptic cues, voice cues, and breath sounds
• Saves breathing sessions to Apple Health as a Mind & Body workout, mindful minutes, or both, as you choose
• Records personal bests for Power Breathing retention holds
• Syncs preferences and progress between iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch via iCloud

The App is designed for general wellness purposes and is not a medical device.

3. Free Tier and In-App Purchase

3.1 Free Tier

The App is free to download and use with the following limits:

• Access to all three breathing techniques
• Three completed sessions per week (resets every Monday)
• Unlimited sessions during your first week from install
• Full HealthKit integration, Apple Watch app, and daily session goals

3.2 Premium Unlock

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Premium Unlock") that permanently unlocks:

• Unlimited sessions
• Full session history
• Personal bests per technique
• Use on every Apple device you sign in with

3.3 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Your purchase is subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.

3.4 Restore Purchases

You can restore previous purchases at any time through the App's settings. This requires being signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

3.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not circumvent any security features, free-tier limits, or access restrictions
• Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

5.1 Not Medical Advice

The App is intended for general wellness and breath training purposes only. It is not intended to:

• Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
• Replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Serve as a substitute for consultation with qualified healthcare providers

5.2 Consult Your Doctor First

Power Breathing and other breathwork techniques can be physically intense. Consult your healthcare provider before using the App if you have, or have ever had, any of the following:

• Cardiovascular conditions (high blood pressure, heart disease, history of stroke)
• Respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD, recent lung infections)
• Epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Panic disorder or severe anxiety
• Pregnancy

5.3 Power Breathing Safety

Power Breathing involves rapid, controlled breathing followed by breath retention. This can cause temporary lightheadedness or tingling, which is a normal response to the technique.

Always practice Power Breathing in a safe position:

• Seated or lying down on a stable surface
• Never in or near water (swimming, bathing, hot tubs)
• Never while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where loss of consciousness would be dangerous
• Never standing upright, on stairs, or on uneven ground

5.4 Use Common Sense

• Stop using the App immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, faint, or unwell
• Do not use the App while driving, operating machinery, or in situations requiring full attention
• If you are new to breathwork, start with shorter sessions and lower round counts
• Respect your body's limits. Hold times and round counts are guidelines, not goals.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

The App, including its code, design, graphics, icons, and content, is owned by MHJ Apps and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.3 Technique Attribution

Power Breathing is inspired by the Wim Hof Method. Pust Reset is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wim Hof or the Wim Hof Method organization.

Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) is a traditional yogic pranayama technique and is not proprietary to MHJ Apps.

6.4 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

Key points:

• We do not collect personal information (name, email, etc.)
• Health data stays on your device (never sent to our servers)
• Anonymous usage analytics help us improve the App
• Analytics data is stored in the EU and not sold to third parties

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

MHJ Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Premium Unlock, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MHJ Apps, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• The updated Terms will be posted on this page
• The "Last Updated" date will be revised
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance

For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the App.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MHJ Apps regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
